Remeber a couple of weeks ago, I said LaCroix may fold, if they dont find a buyer?
Well they found one-Bernard Krief Consulting-(a french management consulting firm that specializes in buying companies ebfore their downfall).
If the deal goes through, they plan to do a first with the company=make it profitable!
I would love to know how they have survived for so long without making any money! Maybe it's the "National Patrimony" of France, meaning they refuse to let one of their own die. But whatever case, I hope this deal works out.
