I just purchased a bomb VINTAGE dresser for $50 bucks last week, thats putting all your IKEA furniture to shame lol.
Anyway, one of my chains in NYC, Housing Works is having their annual highly anticipated fall benefit and sample sale event featuring a fashion week auction package and AMAZING designer finds.

It's Co-chaired by Derek Lam and sponsored by Essence and is a four-day charitable fashion event, with a silent auction and sample sale that raises funds for Housing Works’ lifesaving services for homeless and low-income New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS.
Over 150 top designers have donated $1 million worth of merchandise that will be sold at 50 to 70 percent off retail prices. Participating designers and brands include Acne, Balenciaga, Band of Outsiders, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Christian Dior, Dolce and Gabbana, DVF, Fendi, Gucci, Hugo Boss, John Varvatos, Lacoste, Lanvin, Paul Smith, Ralph Lauren, Rogan, Theory, Yves Saint Laurent and many more.
I am definitely going to try and attend the sale. Info below.
